Field Medical, Inc., a leader in focal pulsed field catheter ablation technology, today announced that Mark Wisniewski, Chief Financial Officer of Enterra Medical Inc. and former Chief Financial Officer of FARAPULSE Inc. was elected to the Board of Directors of Field Medical, alongside medical technology specialist Marlou Janssen, who previously held several senior management positions at Philips, Biotronik and St Jude Medical. Mr. Wisniewski and Ms. Janssen join Dr. Steven Mickelsen as founding directors of Field Medical Inc.
Mark Wisniewski has decades of experience in business leadership and in the medical device industry, as well as extensive experience in corporate governance, where he led business strategies in start-up and multinational medical device companies. As FARAPULSE, Inc.’s Chief Financial Officer, he led equity and debt financing and oversaw several operational functions of the company, from its start-up phase through its acquisition for over $450. millions of dollars. Previously, Mr. Wisniewski served as Director of Strategy and Business Development with Boston Scientific Corporation’s Rhythm Management Group.
