The Halifax Group acquires majority stake in Milestone Technologies, Inc.

One of the leading global IT services provider Milestone Technologies Inc. (“Milestone”) recently announced that The Halifax Group (“Halifax”), a mid-market private equity firm, has market segment, which invests in market-leading companies in cooperation with its management, completed a controlling stake in Milestone. Additionally, Two Sigma Impact, a private equity firm focused on using data science and technology to drive employee engagement, made a minority investment. HIG Capital will continue to hold an equity interest in Milestone.

The latest investment will enable Milestone to accelerate its strategic vision, build an people-centric culture and expand its service and solution offering.
