Zendure , one of the fastest growing energy technology startups based in US Silicon Valley, China and Japan, introduces SolarFlow , the first balcony plug-and-play solar energy storage system.

Zendure, one of the fastest growing energy technology startups based in US Silicon Valley, China and Japan, introduces SolarFlow, the first balcony plug-and-play solar energy storage system. The SolarFlow system consists of a photovoltaic hub and up to four batteries and is compatible with common balcony solar panels, giving apartment and house dwellers the ability to store valuable solar energy during the day and use it at night. The capacity of up to 3840 Wh is enough to cover the nightly consumption of a family of four – and all their important devices and appliances.

High energy prices weigh on a large part of the population and the call for sustainability in everyday life is getting louder as more and more people turn to renewable energy sources and invest in their own photovoltaic systems to generate electricity independently. The German government is also aware of the need to support solar energy and has recently been increasing the availability of solar systems and related electricity storage devices and inverters by exempting them from tax, saving consumers 19 percent of the price.

Solar energy storage system for balconies – manufacturer independent, user-friendly and cost-effective

SolarFlow is an energy storage solution for sustainability and cost conscious people. The system can be purchased as a complete package with a solar panel and microinverter from Zendure. Thanks to its full compatibility with existing balcony solar panels on the market, it can be used regardless of the specific brand of panel. Consumers who already have balcony solar panels and a microinverter can easily connect SolarFlow to their existing equipment using the MC4 connector. The SolarFlow PV hub is equipped with 800W of power and an intelligent battery management system that stores excess energy in the associated LFP batteries. The SolarFlow system prevents the waste of produced energy and makes it possible to use the excess energy obtained during the night hours. Consumers can thus save up to 32 percent of their annual energy costs.

The key features includes: Fully compatible with available balcony solar panels and microinverters , Storage capacity 960 Wh with one battery and 3840 Wh with four batteries, Photovoltaic hub with 800 W power, Connection to solar panel and microinverter using MC4 connector, Maximum power thanks to dual monitoring of the maximum power point (800 W input / 1200 W output), Smart artificial intelligence control of things through an app.
