Arctech carries out a deep cooperation with the Polytechnic University of Madrid in the wind tunnel laboratory. On September 22, Professor Mikel Ogueta Gutierrez and Professor Omar Gomez Ortega of Madrid Polytechnic University visited Arctech and both sides successfully signed an agreement to deepen cooperation at the Wind Tunnel Laboratory.

Industry sources added that as a global PV tracker manufacturer and solution provider, Arctech adheres to the mission of “Empowered by Technology, Shine Forward” and always regards innovation as the fundamental driving force for business development, enhancing customer values, and leading the industry’s progress.

To this end, Arctech has carried out in-depth cooperation with both nationally and internationally recognized universities, such as Madrid Technical University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Harbin Institute of Technology, and Northwestern Polytechnic University, jointly promoting the implementation and transformation of scientific technology and technological advances, and accelerating the modernization process of the photovoltaic industry chain.

Industry sources further added that Professor Mikel Ogueta Gutierrez is an internationally renowned wind tunnel expert who has participated in more than 70 wind tunnel studies in fields such as construction aerodynamics, bridge aerodynamics and aeroelasticity, wind energy, solar energy, and also He has directed multiple experiments in wind tunnels on photovoltaic trackers in Spain.

Professor Omar Gomez Ortega is a member and treasurer of the National Association of Wind Engineering (ANIV) belonging to the International Association for Wind Engineering (IAWE). As an influential wind tunnel expert in Spain, he has participated in the research and development of wind tunnel engineering in more than 30 civil engineering, wind engineering, aerospace, and other projects around the world.

Professor Mikel Ogueta Gutierrez and Professor Omar Gomez Ortega praised the construction of the Arctech Wind Tunnel Laboratory and Arctech’s leading product technology. They expressed their willingness to further deepen cooperation with Arctech and jointly contribute to global photovoltaic development.

Industry sources further confirmed that relying on its strong research and development capabilities to “integrate industry, academia, and research”, Arctech has pioneered the world’s leading multi-point parallel unit tracking technology, leading the technological leap of solar trackers and solutions. from single point unit to multipoint unit. The exclusive development of “3D Geographic Information System (GIS) + Numerical Wind Tunnel CFD Simulation” application technology provides the theoretical basis and technical support to improve the reliability and structural optimization design of trackers in complex terrain.

So far, the Arctech Global R&D Center Laboratory has obtained the Photovoltaic Tracker TMP Laboratory qualification issued by TÃœV SÃœD and the laboratory accreditation certificate issued by CNAS.
