“It is with deep gratitude that we recognize Henry for his outstanding leadership these past five months and ongoing commitment to serving Envision’s teams, partners, patients and communities,” said Steve Nelson, Chair of the Board of Directors for Envision Healthcare. “He has guided the organization through a crucial period, setting the team up for success as they pursue opportunities to accelerate growth.”

“We welcome Jason as Envision’s President and CEO and are confident in his strategic vision to lead Envision through the organization’s next phase,” Nelson continued. “He is a tenured healthcare leader who is passionate about improving healthcare access and quality, especially for fragile patient populations. I am committed to building on their forward momentum and enhancing Envision’s role as an essential partner in the delivery of high-quality care.”
