New Bajaj Pulsar 250 bikes start at Rs 1.38 lakh

Bajaj Auto, the India-based two-wheeler and three-wheeler manufacturer has announced the launch of the new pulsar series bikes today. The new bikes have been christened as N250 and F250. The bikes have been priced with an ex-showroom price of Rs 1,38,000 and Rs 1,40,000 respectively.

As per the reports, the two bikes come powered with 250cc, 4-stroke oil-cooled , fuel-injected DTS-i engine that produces a peak power of 24.5 ps and a peak torque of 21.5 Nm. It is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The new quarter-litre entrants from Bajaj comes with a assist and slipper clutch as well. The new entrants in the Pulsar series feature new LED DRLs, 300mm discs at the front and 230mm discs at the rear combined with a single-channel ABS. The bikes come with a telescopic suspension setup in the front and a monoshock suspension in the rear.

The company claims that the new 250 comes with a new tubular frame chassis alongwith a 130 section rear tyre and a 100 section front tyre.

The new F250 comes in Racing Red and the new N250 comes in Techno Grey colours.
